1. What PixieWatch does

PixieWatch watches for openings in Disney dining reservations and experiences that you ask about, and notifies you by email and, if you opt in, by text message. Each notification includes a link to Disney's own website, where you can try to book.

PixieWatch is an alert service only. We never make, hold, transfer or resell reservations, and we never ask for or use your Disney account login. Openings are often claimed quickly by other guests. We cannot guarantee that an opening will still be available when you try to book, or that we will detect every opening.

2. Not affiliated with Disney

PixieWatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or its affiliates. Disney, Walt Disney World, Disneyland and related names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe where reservations are made.

3. Your account

You must give a valid email address, and you're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. One person per account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

4. Text message alerts

• Program: PixieWatch reservation availability alerts.
• What you'll receive: alerts when a reservation you asked us to watch opens up, plus account messages such as a one-time opt-in confirmation. We don't send marketing texts.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your alerts.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You'll receive one final confirmation.
• Help: reply HELP, or email support@pixiewatch.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text alerts are currently available to US and Canadian mobile numbers.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in US dollars through our payment processor. Prices, what each plan includes, renewal, cancellation and refunds are shown on our pricing page at the time you buy. [To be completed once pricing is set.]

6. Fair use

Don't misuse PixieWatch. In particular, don't try to get around plan limits, access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the service, or use it to resell reservations.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep PixieWatch fast and running, and we publish its status on our status page. The service depends on Disney's websites, which can change or become unavailable without notice. We may change, pause or discontinue features.

8. Disclaimers and limits on liability

PixieWatch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for missed reservations or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and if the changes are significant we'll let you know by email. Continuing to use PixieWatch means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law
