PixieWatch ("we", "us") is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [MAILING ADDRESS]. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Email address, to create your account and send you alerts and account messages.
• Mobile phone number, only if you give it and agree to receive text alerts. We also keep a record of that consent: the time, the wording you agreed to, and the number.
• Your alerts: the restaurants or experiences, dates, times and party sizes you ask us to watch.
• Your plan and billing status. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and working.

We do not collect your name or address, and we never ask for, collect or store your Disney account login or any information about your Disney account.

Unfinished sign-ups. If you start creating an alert and enter your email or phone number but don't finish checking out, we save what you entered so you can pick up where you left off. We may send you a reminder email about it.

How we use it

• To watch for the reservations you asked about and notify you when they open.
• To run your account, process payments and provide support.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads.

Text messages

If you opt in to text alerts, we use your number only to send the alerts and account messages you asked for. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our texting provider handles your number only to deliver our messages. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run PixieWatch: hosting, sign-in, payment processing, email delivery and text-message delivery. They receive only what they need to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. Records of our availability checks are kept for about 30 days, and records of the notifications we send for about 90 days. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Update your email and phone number on your account page.
• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Delete your account, and with it your personal information, from your account page.
• Ask us what we hold about you by emailing support@pixiewatch.com.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

PixieWatch is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the changes are significant, we will let you know by email.
